 | Greg began making films at the age of 16, building a home-made optical printer and experimenting with visual effects techniques. After attending film school in Toronto and Vancouver, he worked as an effects cameraman until he sold his first screenplay, called TIME RUNNER, featuring Mark Hamill. Greg made the trek to Los Angeles and continued writing while earning his living as a digital effects artist on many Oscar nominated films, including SPIDERMAN 1&2&3, STARSHIP TROOPERS, MEN IN BLACK 2, and HOLLOW MAN, as well as STUART LITTLE, GODZILLA, I AM LEGEND, HANCOCK and others.
Mr. Derochie's directorial debut, FIRST BORN, won multiple awards and is available on DVD. He lives in Los Angeles with his wife and is developing several feature film projects. | SOLITARY is a psychological thriller about an agoraphobic woman who must solve the mystery of her husband's disappearance while battling an irrational fear of leaving her house.
